Click the “Order Form” button at the top of the page, then enter the required information. A 20% deposit is required and can be paid securely via PayPal.

I’ll email you to confirm receipt of your order and deposit. If you need the portrait by a certain date, please give me as much notice as possible. If it’s urgent, please use my contact form, and I’ll let you know whether I can accommodate it.

When your portrait is finished, I’ll email you a preview and send the final invoice. Once the balance is paid (via PayPal), I’ll post it to you:
– UK orders go by Royal Mail 1st Class or Special Delivery (A3 size)
– International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

It usually depends on my availability, how busy I am, the size of the portrait, and how many people or pets are included. If you need it ready by a certain date, I’ll aim to have it done in time.

You can send me either a digital or printed photo. The clearer and sharper the image, the better the portrait will turn out. Please try to send the original photo, not a photo of a photo, and ensure it’s the best quality you have.

You can send your photo as an attachment through my contact form, order form, or by email. If you prefer, you can also post it to the address on my contact page.

Yes, you can. I can use separate photos of people or pets and combine them into a single portrait.

I draw each portrait on extra smooth drawing paper using high-quality watercolour or studio pencils. When it’s finished, I spray it with a clear gloss varnish to help protect it from smudging.

– A6: 105 x 148 mm
– A5: 148 x 210 mm
– A4: 210 x 297 mm
